When booking A Retreat
Deposits:
Deposits are required
All deposits are non-refundable.
Payment:
Full payment is required 1 month before the course commences.
If you cancel 14-21 days before the start date of a course we will refund 50% of the total cost.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the start date of a course we will charge you 100% of the total cost.
In the event of a course being cancelled for any reason your payment
will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for flights, travel
visas, insurance and any other travelling costs.
Sharing:
We are not responsible for finding you someone to share with.
If you wish to share and we cannot find anyone for you to share with,
you will have to pay a single supplement.
Flights:
Flight confirmation and travel insurance:
It is your responsibility to confirm your flight times before your outward and return journey.
It is your responsibility to purchase Travel Insurance.
Liability:
We do NOT accept any liability for:
Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civilstrife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to do with transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control.
Participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday.
Loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.
In the event of a teacher not being able to teach their course, we will try to replace the teacher with another so that the course can go ahead.
We reserve the right to cancel a course up to 30 days before the start date,in the event of there not being enough people attending a course, in which case a full refund will be given.
