Iyengar with his intellectual and spiritual practices has masterminded the techniques which can be used by all practitioners of yoga. “Research based experience” and “experience based research” has helped him in evolving this technique which is now known as “Iyengar Yoga”. He has therefore made it possible for ordinary human beings…

Pranayama

The ancient yogis advocated the practice of Pranayama to unite the breath with the mind.
The breath and the mind are closely linked.
The state of the mind is affected by the breath
and in Pranayama the breath is used to change the
mental state.
Pranayama both calms and strengthens the mind.....






Workshops

These 3hr Workshops help you to gain a greater understanding of the practice of Yoga and to work more in depth on the asanas and pranayama.

All workshops get filled very quickly so it is advisable to book early. I also sell gift vouchers for these sessions.
